Cinnamon Fig pavlova

 

3 egg whites

1/2 C sugar plus 1 T

1/2 C brown sugar

In water bath use mixing bowl and whisk 4'

Beat 5' in  mixer

Add

1 1/2 t cinnamon

Draw 9" circle

Mound up and create nest

Bake 300° for 55'

Let cool in oven an hour

Whip cream with sugar

Cut figs

Chopped almonds

Drizzle with honey
