Pine nuts
Rosemary
Drizzle with olive oil 

Brush egg wash or olive oil border


Bake
Drizzle honey or balsamic reduction
Decorate with more rosemary

harvesting olives!




Dec 23 
cut fresh olives

nick their skin and soak in fresh water
change water every day for 3-5 days 




Dec 28 
brine in jar with 1/2 rock salt with 2 cups water
leave jar top loose

Shake jars daily

Jan 5th
new brine mix

Jan 12th
new brine mix




Jan 16th 
DONE!


Seal in jars with 

3T salt
1/c vinegar
1 1/2 c water
fresh rosemary
top with olive oil

store in pantry 6 months
once open eat in a month
