i am not much of a drinker, so when i saw this recipe in winter cocktails i was floored to learn of a honey liquor! talk about the bees knees... this recipe is so rich and lush i am over the moon for it, spiked lavender hot chocolate, o-m-g! worth buying the book for this recipe alone~
