lemon blueberry loaf

so delicious with ripe...


ready to burst...


juicy blueberries...


drenched in a lemon syrup


tart


but sweet


cooling instantly in the cold salt air


next drizzle a powder sugar lemon frosting for extra good measure...


print up the labels...




cut up the string...



and wrap up your treats





Be sure and save some for yourself....

Lemon blueberry yogurt loaf
1 1/2 c flour
2 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
1 c yogurt
1 c sugar
3 eggs
2 t lemon zest
1/2 t vanilla
1/2 c oil
1 1/2 c blueberries

Lemon syrup
1/3 c lemon juice
1/3 c sugar

Lemon glaze
1 c powder sugar
1/4 c lemon juice

  350 ° grease 9x5 loaf pan dust with flour
Mix flour, baking powder salt, set aside

Whisk yogurt, sugar, eggs, zest, vanilla and oil, add dry goods. Mix blueberries with T flour and fold in.

 bake 50-55'

 Make syrup, cook 3'. Toothpick holes in loaf and brush top and sides with lemon syrup. Do again.

Make glaze, thick, but pour able, let harden 15'

*** i added extra blueberries in the batter on on top before cooking, cause thats the kinda gal i am~
