Grape mascarpone tart
Tart crust
7 T butter
1/4 C brown sugar
Cinnamon
1/4 almonds
1 C flour
Pulse, press, bake 350° 20-25'
Cool
Roasted grapes
4 C red grapes
Olive oil
Sugar
3 large sprigs rosemary
Toss on cookie sheet wrapped in aluminum foil
Bake 375° 15'
Sprinkle with balsamic after cooked
Cool
Mascarpone cream
1/3 C Heavy cream
1/4 C honey
1 C mascarpone
Whip until Stiff peaks
Spoon grapes
Serve juice when sliced
Garnish rosemary
