Lemon meltaway cookies




Lemon meltaway cookies
Bake 375°
8'

1 C softened butter
3/4 C sugar
2 T lemon zest
2 C flour
2 T cornstarch

Icing
1 3/4 powder sugar
2 T lemon juice
Lemon zest

Scoop and roll small balls on silpat
Flatten with glass
Cool 
Spread icing
