art in the garden~

private edens is laced with such classic and artistic beauty that i thought it would be a fun assignment if we all shared some forms of garden art found in our communities. who hasn't noticed a statue tucked in a public park, or someones garden you drive by that has a special element catching your eye. once again we head out with our cameras in hand to see what we can share...

i was excited to include sculptor patrick dougherty work at hall winery...

i hope you enjoyed visiting in the garden this week with the novel bakers, it has indeed been a full week, ripe with many wonderful books to tempt your garden interests~

thank you for visiting and for the wee handful who have taken the time to comment, thank you so much for sharing your time back with me~

water in the garden...

inspired by private edens, with its pages graced in cool verdant pastoral living, stirring the deepest longing in my soul for peace and solitude, i grabbed my camera and visited several gardens awaiting my lens. today i want to share my favorite garden element, water, from the sound, to the movement, to the cooling allure, i was drawn from the grand to the subtle...

relax, refresh yourself ...
