mini lasagna~

ok i am not trying to fool anyone into thinking this looks fabulous... but it is, and my blog is a reminder for me to make recipes i enjoy. this isn't even a fresh pic. its the next day. and cold. who cares, i know how great it looked and tasted hot from the oven. but for you, i am sharing a front and back pic so you get an idea of what it even is. its lasagna made in a cupcake pan with wonton sheets. dang fun and easy, ready in minutes.

take you favorite lasagna fixings

meat
onion
garlic
mushrooms
tomatoes
oregano
basil
you get the idea

make you favorite filling

ricotta
s&p
oregano
parmesan
whatever you like

prep them like a real lasagna and then take a cupcake pan and spray with oil, drop in a wonton and start with ricotta then add meat and another sheet, repeat and lather, oh wait, i mean add cheese. bake at 375 for 10 minutes until cheese is melted. let it a cool a bit so sheets don't tear, but who cares, you will be tearing right into it yourself! delish and easy, all your favorite stuffings ready in minutes~

  1. That sounds fabulous! And I'm all in to EASY, especially during the summer when the outdoors is calling me.

Reminder to self: I should never start looking at food things on blogs before I eat a meal . . . I want everything I see.
