strawberry jam



















strawberry jam

4 cups chopped strawberries
2.5 cups of sugar
1/3 c lemon juice

bring to soft boil, 220 F, and pour into clean jars~

  2. Oh, I love your ladybug china! Your jam is perfection itself. I tried to make your Triple Threats today and used a plastic pie-mold. My dough was too warm, to I had to Dr. Frankenstein the edges. They're cooling now. I had leftover berry sauce but no pie crusts. I found a streusel blueberry mix and made a crust (baked 10 min), then added a mascarpone filling. It's burning at the edges, so I Frankenstiened it with the berry mixture. I'm biting my nails over this one. I've had one of those Bad Cooking Weeks.
