  1. Basil salt, seriously? I can't think of much more dreamy than that. I can almost taste it on those tomatoes. I love over grilled/baked tomatoes. I can only imagine how good they would be with "basil salt" on top and a few panko or bread crumbs!!! Is that something you created? Divine!!! Oh my or put those tomatoes on top of some Tilapia, then the basil salt, then the crumbs. If I had some I'd fix that for dinner!!!

  3. I bought 2 basil plants the other day, and lovely sea salt just arrived from Amazon, so I just need to find a canning jar and I'll be ready to make your salt. Your label is a work of art. At first, I thought you'd bought the tin, but I saw Mary's comment about your PB wheel barrow twins. I must find one and make them triplets.
