portable peach pie











portable peach pot pies~

at the bottom of a canning jar add:

crushed gingersnaps
melted butter

press firmly and bake at 350 for 10'

i filled mine with peaches tossed in cinnamon sugar

top with pie crust, baked until golden, sprinkled with more cinnamon sugar

I've been saving my jars. Just need to do some baking, but I've been digging in the dirt all week long.
